For your convenience, utility programs; such as page readers that are used with eBooks, can be downloaded from this page.  If you are not experienced with downloading utility software from web sites, step-by-step instructions are provided on this page as well.  Similarly, if you have not installed or used any of the utilities shown below, short "how to install" and "how to use" these utilities are at your disposal by clicking the links below each utility title.




After you place an order with the Cy-Books shopping cart, and it is processed successfully, 
you are brought to the Order Success page




Near the bottom of the page you will see the name(s) of the files available to you for immediate download




Move your cursor over the product filename hyperlink, then click it to start the download process



When the "File Download" dialogue box opens, click on the [Save] button to continue the download



A "Save As" dialogue box will spawn showing a Save in Field (top) and "File name" and "Save as type" fields (bottom)
Change the name of the "Save in" field to where you want to save the download file to (there is an existing folder
named "Ebooks" on my hard drive that is used as an example), or create a folder named Ebooks on your hard drive.
Click on the [Save] button to download the product to your folder.



Go to the folder where you saved the product file (Ebooks or whatever you chose to name the folder)
to check that it was saved to the folder you wanted.  Note that 21days, in this example, is a
compressed (zipped) file; you will have to uncompress the 21days.zip file with WinZip
(see the Downloads page on the Cy-Books web site to get WinZip).

Your product download is completed.

This procedure is the same for any downloadable product.
