How to download and save Electronic Products from Web-Site-Shops

 Create a folder called PERK on either your hard drive or a disk in your floppy drive. Go back to the bottom of the Home page and click the Buy now link to start the order process.  In order to have the ability to download products immediately after the order is processes, it is necessary to sign in to create an account.  After creating an account with the Primal-Scream shop, you will be able to download the information you purchased up to three times, and within seven days of your purchase.

 Once you confirm your order, your credit card payment will be processed in a few seconds.  When your payment clears,  you will be sent to a completed order page and notified that you can download your product(s) by clicking on the red link having the product name(s).  On clicking the link to download the product(s), you will be presented with the message  shown in figure-1.

 Click on the [Save] button to start the download process (please don't click Open, as this option is not offered and will result in am error message).  Clicking [Save] will result in a screen similar to that in figure-2.  Navigate your drive to save the PERK checklists file to the PERK folder you created earlier (arrow 1).   The name of the file ready to download to your drive appears in the filename field (arrow 2); you can change the name here if you prefer.  The default file type is shown as a Microsoft Word document, having the .doc extension, and should be left as is (arrow 3). Click the [Save] button to save to your PERK folder (the download only takes a second or two).

         Check your PERK folder (while you are still online) to ensure PERK.doc was saved there. 
                                                                                 
 If you have MicroSoft Word 2000 or later, double-clicking on the PERK.doc icon in the PERK folder should open the document.   

 If you experience any problems with the download, eMail the service desk (click the eMail icon in the left column), and the PERK checklists will be sent, as an attachment, to the eMail address you have provided in the order you placed.
